Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, additional shipping charges may apply. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your Tech World Supply account and viewing your order history.

Large & Heavy Items

Some items such as server racks, large UPS systems, and bulk cable orders may require freight shipping. Freight charges are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Delivery Issues

• Damaged shipment: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
• Missing package: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow 24 hours then contact us.
• Incorrect items: If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will arrange a prepaid return label and ship the correct item.
